Abstract
Background : Motivation is a psychological symptom in the form of an impulse that arises in a person consciously to perform something of an action with a specific purpose. Motivation can also be in the form of efforts that can cause a person to do something because he wants to achieve his desired goal or get satisfaction with his actions.
Purpose: This research aims to find out the relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement of D3 nursing students at STIKES Wira Husada Yogyakarta
Method: This type of research is included in non-experimental quantitative research with a descriptive method of correlation analytics. The population in this study was 54 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was purpose sampling with a sample of 35 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and using pearson tests in data analysis.
Conclusion: There is no Relationship between Learning Motivation and Academic Achievement of D3 Nursing Students at Stikes Wira Husada Yogyakarta.
