PERUBAHAN PERILAKU PENDERITA TB SAAT BEROBAT DALAM MASA PANDEMI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KALASAN DAN PUSKESMAS BERBAH KABUPATEN SLEMAN 2021

Background: The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the obstacles to the difficulty of TB patients in seeking treatment at the Health Service Unit. Where are the policies imposed by the government that can cause changes in patient behavior in carrying out treatment during the pandemic. before the pandemic, control patients / treatment once a week for the intensive phase. After the pandemic, patients control/treat once a month. This does not guarantee that the patient remembers the treatment schedule

Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between changes in TB treatment behavior and TB treatment during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Kalasan Health Center Work area and the Berbah Health Center Work Area

Methods: The type of research that will be used is quantitative and qualitative, in quantitative using an analytical observational approach using a cross sectional design. While qualitative using thematic analysis. The population in this study were 22 people. The number of samples obtained were 22 people who filled out questionnaires which were distributed to patients who were still receiving treatment during the pandemic.

Conclusion: The pandemic period did not significantly affect the treatment behavior of TB patients in the Kalasan Health Center and Berbah Health Center Work Area. It was concluded that there was no relationship between changes in TB treatment behavior and TB treatment during the pandemic, in the Kalasan Health Center and Berbah Health Center Work Areas.
