HUBUNGAN MUTU PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT (LITERATUR REVIEW)

Background: The quality of nursing care is very important in providing services to patients, health workers must provide maximum service and improve the quality of service to all patients and also pay attention to the level of patient satisfaction. The success in nursing services is largely determined by the performance of the nurses. Therefore, the evaluation of the nurse's performance is necessary and must always be carried out.

Objective: To find out how the quality of nursing services is related to patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of the hospital.

Methods: This research method uses descriptive literature review on 13 research journals with a publication year spanning 2015-2020. The process of identifying articles using algorithms and creating critical appraisal tables independently. The journals that are analyzed are those that discuss the quality of nursing services starting from the background, objectives, methods, and research results.

Conclusion: The quality of nursing services in the inpatient room of the hospital with patient satisfaction is related to the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of the hospital.
