Abstract

Background: The quality of health services puskesmas determined by two factors. First is the factor quality of health services, if the quality of service in a puskesmas in conformity with expectation patients will make patients are satisfied. But, if the quality of health services not in conformity with expectation, patients so the level of satisfaction with low, this has resulted in the community will chose the. other health services. Second is a factor of changes in (transitional) demographic, epidemiology, socioeconomic and scores and critical attitude the community for health services (Santoso, 2010). Patients are satisfied with services for service facilities will affect the people to choose the health service facilities, including instead (Azwar, 2009).

Objectives: To know relations the quality of health services the level of satisfaction patients at Puskesmas Patuk I Gunungkidul

Methods: The research is quantitative research analytic cross the sectional. The population of the research is Puskesmas patient Patuk I. 616 as many as patients. The sample techniques used technique simple random sampling, with the total sample 97 patients. Instrument data collection uses a questionnaire. Analysis of data using test spearmen rank

Conclusions: There was a correlation the quality of service the level of satisfaction patients at Puskesmas patuk I Gunungkidul.
