GAMBARAN HASIL UJI QUALITY CONTROL PRODUK FRESH FROZEN PLASMA (FFP) DI UNIT DONOR DARAH PMI KABUPATEN SLEMAN TAHUN 2023

Background:
Blood transfusion services are part of health services that aim for humanity and are not commercial by using human blood as the basic ingredient. Blood and blood products produced play a very important role in health services, safety and easy access to blood and blood products must be guaranteed with good quality management and quality control.

Research objective:
to find out the description of the Quality Control test results on Fresh Frozen Plasma products at the PMI Blood Donation Unit, Sleman Regency in 2023.

Research method:
This type of research is a retrospective descriptive study regarding the results of the Quality Control test for Fresh Frozen Plasma products at the PMI Blood Donor Unit, Sleman Regency in 2023.

Results:
QC results passed as many as 156 samples (100%) out of a total of 156 samples were good and satisfactory and in accordance with the inspection standards set by the Minister of Health.

Conclusion:
fresh frozen plasma products at UDD PMI Sleman Regency in 2023 have good quality according to the standard 7 examination parameters, namely volume, factor VIII, leakage, visual changes, leukocytes, platelets, label.
