PENGARUH EDUKASI KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA DI SMK KESEHATAN CITRA SEMESTA INDONESIA

Background: Adolescent reproductive health is a healthy condition that concerns the reproductive systems, functions and processes of adolescents. the definition of healthy here does not merely mean freedom from disease or free from disabilities but also mentally and socially and culturally healthy. Current adolescent problems are very complex and worrying, reproductive health problems that can be experienced by adolescents, including unwanted pregnancy (KTD), abortion, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), sexual violence, andthe problem of limited access to information and health services.One of the efforts to increase knowledge is by providing reproductive health education. Research objectives: To identify changes in knowledge before and after being given reproductive health education at SMK Kesehatan Citra Semesta Indonesia. Research methods: In this study using pre-experimental with one group pretest and posttest approaches, with a population sample of 105 students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, the number of samples was 80 respondents, the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results obtained the mean level of knowledge before 17.60 and 21.03 after. Wilcoxon test results obtained a p value of 0.000 (<0.005) which means that Hα is accepted and H0 is rejected. Conclusion: There is an effect of health education on reproductive health on the level of knowledge of reproductive health in Citra Semesta Indonesia Health Vocational Schools
