HUBUNGAN ANTARA EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN KUALITASHIDUP PASIEN PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER DI RUMAH SAKIT BETHESDA YAKKUM YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2020

Background: Coronary heart disease has decreased in value in daily life so that it can affect the quality of life. The level of quality of life of coronary heart patients (CHD) can be predicted by the self-efficacy of the patient himself, both on longterm and short-term quality of life. Poor self-efficacy can damage the motivation that exists in a person and affect his health condition
Research objective: To identify the effects of providing health coaching education in improving treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis patients at Respira Pulmonary Hospital Yogyakarta.
Methods: The design in this study used correlation with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 110 PJK patients. Sampling techniques using proportional random sampling, The number of samples in this study as many as 58 people, data analysis using spearman rank test.
Results: Results obtained self-efficacy Most in the high category (69%) quality of life in the good category (81%). Spearman rank test results obtained p value of 0.000 (<0.05) which means Hα received and H0 rejected.
Conclusion: There is a meaningful relationship between self-efficacy and the quality of life of coronary heart disease patients at Bethesda Yakkum Hospital Yogyakarta in 2020.
