GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN SASARAN KESELAMATAN PASIEN (RESIKO JATUH) DI RUANG BEDAH RSUD PANEMBAHAN SENOPATI BANTUL

Background: Patient safety incidents have a negative impact on patients and hospitals. Patients are certain to suffer losses due to possible injuries and increased service costs. Data from the Joint Commission Internationale from United Stated, which has been reported that there were 120 incidents that fell in 2018. Data in Indonesia, to report patient safety incidents there are 103 hospitals. Patients with falls in the hospital are a serious problem because they can cause minor to severe injury and death, resulting in psychological trauma.
Research Objectives: This study aims to describe the implementation of the risk of falling safety targets in the operating room of Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital.
Research Methods: This research is a quantitative study, namely a method of examining a specific population or sample. research instruments are used as tools for data collection, data analysis in the form of statistics. The research was conducted in the Surgical Room at Panembahan Senopati Hospital with a total sample of 32 nurses.
Results: The implementation of patient safety targets at moderate risk of falling in the operating room of the Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital, Yogyakarta, was mostly good, namely 28 (93.3%) respondents, while for the high risk of falling also got good results, namely 27 (90%) respondents
Conclusion: Some large operating room nurses carry out the hospital's patient safety goals (risk of falling). This can be seen from the results of the implementation of patient safety targets, the risk of falling, which shows good results. Keywords: patient safety goals, the risk of falling
