Results: Univariate analysis showed that the majority of 62 respondents had sufficient to good knowledge, namely 53 people (85%) and the rest had poor knowledge, namely 9 (15%). Based on the attitude of the majority of respondents have a good attitude that is 60 people (97%) and the rest are not good that is as much as 2 people (3%). Meanwhile, for the level of self-isolation compliance, it was found that the majority of respondents had a good level of compliance, namely 42 respondents (68%) and the rest had poor compliance as many as 20 people (32%). Bivariate analysis showed p values = 0.011 and p = 0.037 (p 0.05) which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of attitude knowledge and self-isolation compliance in COVID-19 confirmed patients in the family cluster in the Ngemplak II Public Health Center area.
