IMPLEMENTASI BANTUAN OPERASIONAL KESEHATAN (BOK) DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN KESEHATAN IBU DAN ANAK DI PUSKESMAS KALASAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN TAHUN 2021

Background: Until the end of 2020, the realization of the absorption of HOA funds was Rp386,709,927.00 or 78.65% of the total funds of Rp491,646,600.00, this shows the level of budget realization that has not been maximized and has not been effective. The evidence and what are the obstacles in implementing the HOA policy in the puskesmas.
Objective: To know out the implementation of the use of Health Operational Assistance (HOA) funds in an effort to improve Maternal and Child Health carried out at the Kalasan Health Center in 2021.
Method: This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The method of collecting data was in-depth interviews to obtain information about the implementation of the Health Operational Assistance at the Kalasan Health Center, Sleman Regency.
Result: This research shows that the input stage of the implementation of the HOA MCH funds, the available human resources are adequate, the funds are available, the facilities and infrastructure are well fulfilled and the Technical Instructions. The process of implementing HOA MCH funds, the planning process is structured in the POA, the organization in the MCH program has been formed, the implementation of activities is in accordance with the Technical Guidelines and POA, and recording and reporting are routinely carried out in the form of a Letter of Responsibility. The output stage of the implementation of HOA MCH funds carries out an administrative assessment and evaluation.
Conclusion : Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that at the input stage of MCH implementation, human resources, funds, facilities and infrastructure, technical instructions were already available. At the stage of the implementation process of planning, organizing, implementing and recording reporting has been carried out. At the output stage, the implementation of the assessment and evaluation is administrative in nature.
