Abstract
Background: Dental and oral health services are professional health services aimed at the community, families and individuals, both sick and sick. healthy. Patient satisfaction is the first indicator of the standard of a health facility and a measure of service quality.
Objective: To determine the relationship between quality and patient satisfaction in the dental clinic at the Kalasan Public Health Center.
Research Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional. The sample in this study were 76 respondents with accidental purposive sampling technique. This study uses bivariate analysis with chi square and uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire.
Results: The quality of dental poly services at the Kalasan Health Center showed 44.7% was good and 55.3% was not good. Satisfaction of dental poly services at Kalasan Public Health Center, 39 (51.3%) patients said they were satisfied and 37 (48.7%) patients said they were quite satisfied. There is a significant relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at the dental clinic at Kalasan Health Center with a p-value of 0.002 and an OR value of 4.320.
Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at the dental clinic at Kalasan Health Center.
