ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KELELAHAN KERJA PADA PEKERJA PEMBUAT TAHU DI DUSUN JANTEN KECAMATAN KASIHAN BANTUL

Background: Based on data from the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration in Indonesia, which reported that until 2010, work accidents due to fatigue were still dominated by the construction services sector (31.9%), followed by the manufacturing industry sector (31.6%), transport (9.3%). ), mining (2.6%), forestry (3.6%), and others (20%) (Fadila, 2016). More than 65% of workers in Indonesia come to the company's polyclinic with complaints of work fatigue. Factors causing fatigue vary greatly which is influenced by workload, work environment, physical problems and health conditions can also be influenced by individual factors such as age, health status, nutritional status, diet, gender and psychological conditions (Umyati, 2010). Objective: To find out how the effect of age, gender, length of service, workload and work attitude with work fatigue on tofu-making workers in Janten Hamlet, Kasihan District, Bantul.

Methods: This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use triangulation of data sources and triangulation of techniques.

Results: Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were 5 workers in the old age group (33%) with 5 men (33%), 10 women (67%). The average tenure of tofu workers >5 years is 8 people (60%).

Conclusion: Age factor, working period of workload and work attitude have an effect on work fatigue, while gender has no effect on work fatigue for tofu makers in Janten Hamlet, Kasihan District, Bantul.
