The problem of resistance in addition to having an impact on morbidity and mortality, also has a very high negative economic and social impact. Many buyers ask for antibiotics, specifically amoxicillin without a prescription. Cahaya Sehat Pharmacy in Mayungan, Ngawen, Klaten, explained that many buyers ask for antibiotics, specifically amoxicillin without a prescription. There are 1-3 people who ask for antibiotics without a prescription per day. This problem is one of the sources of resistance.

Research Objectives: To determine the implementation of the Amoxicillin Purchase Policy with Recipe at the Cahaya Sehat Pharmacy, Klaten

Research Methods: This research is a qualitative research with case study research type. Sampling technique using purposive sampling and this research sample there are 4 respondents. respondents consisted of Pharmacist Managing Pharmacies (APA), Pharmaceutical Engineering Personnel (TTK) and 2 patients/buyers.

Result: Human Resources, Communication, Disposition affect the factors that the implementation at Apotek Cahaya Sehat Klaten buys amoxicillin with a doctor's recipe

Conclusion: The implementation of the policy on purchasing prescription antibiotics at the Healthy Cahaya Pharmacy has been carried out well
