GAMBARAN HIGIENE SANITASI PENJUAL PADA WARUNG MAKANAN DI JALAN KLEDOKAN YOGYAKARTA

Background : Food is a basic need for humans to support health. The food needed must have good nutritional value. Apart from nutritional value, other things will also be considered, such as how to process, clean food handlers, and how the food is served.

Objectives: To find out the description of the seller's sanitation hygiene infood stalls on Kledokan street Yogyakarta.

Methods: This type of research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach, using a sampling technique proposhe sampling. The instrument in this study uses a checklist questionnaire. The population is a food stall located on Jalan Kledokan as many as 13 respondents. Data analysis used univariate analysis using Microsoft Excel 2013.

Results: The results of observations made on 13 respondents of food stalls on personal hygiene are all in the good category (100%), on equipment sanitation of 13 respondents (100%) are good, for food presentation has met the good category (100%), while the provision of facilities for 13 respondents in food stalls, there is 1 food stall which is categorized as good because it does not provide a hand washing place and a trash can.

Conclusion: The seller's sanitation hygiene at food stalls on Jalan Kledokan showed that 13 food stalls (100%) met the criteria of Good.
