Abstract
Background: Self-esteem is a person's evaluation of himself positively or negatively.
Objective: This study aims to determine the factors associated with self-esteem in students at STIKES Wira Husada Yogyakarta
Purposes: This type of research is a quantitative study using correlation analysis method with a cross section. The population in this study were students of STIKES Wira Husada Yogyakarta as many as 86 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a sample of 86respondents. Data retrieval using google form and using chi square in data analysis.
Results: Based on the results of the chi square between Biological Factors and self-esteem, the results obtained p value 0.000 <0.05, Psychological Factors with self-esteem obtained p value 0.004 <0.05, Social Factors with Self-esteem obtained p value results 0.006 <0 .05 which means there is a significant relationship to Biological, Psychological, Social Factors with SelfEsteem.
Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between Biological, Psychological, Social Factors with Self-Esteem in students at STIKES Wira Husada Yogyakarta
