ANALISIS CAPAIAN KINERJA STANDAR PELAYANAN MINIMAL PENDERITA DIABETES MELLITUS DI PUSKESMAS CANGKRINGAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN TAHUN 2020

Background: Minimum Service Standards are standards for improving the quality and quality of services to the community. The purpose of SPM is a tool to lead the service performance of DM sufferers to be better and motivate the public health center to achieve the target. The input elements for assessing performance are man, money, material, machine, and method.

Purpose: To explain the factors that affect the non-achievement performance of minimum service standard for diabetes sufferers at Cangkringan Public Health in 2020.

Research Method: Qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in research were 2 main informants and 8 triangulation informants with retrospective data collection technique.

Result: Cadres who do posbindu receive less training, village funds were not given on time, tools for posbindu activities routine calibrated, education media is only leaflet, supply medicine for diabetic sufferers always enough, during covid-19 pandemic posbindu activities were changed to DM/PTM screening, posbindu kits are not yet available, fear of diabetic sufferers to check-up themselves during pandemic makes public health center must continue to monitoring via consultation with whatsapp.

Conclusion: The input elements consisting of man, money, material, machine, and method have an affect on the achievement of SPM for diabetic sufferers.
