Abstract
Background: Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at the Eye Hospital "Dr. Yap" began to be implemented in September 2019 in premium polyclinics. EMR aims to improve the quality of service and internal and external customer satisfaction.The percentage of EMR usage in premium poly in 2019 was 70.17% and increased in 2020 to 77.86%. In 2021 it decreased to 70.64%, this was due to the incompetence of medical personnel in using electronic medical records. So far, the evaluation of the implementation of RME at the Eye Hospital "Dr. Yap" has never been carried out. One way to do an evaluation is with a successful model of information systems.
Objective: Knowing the evaluation of EMR implementation in the Eye Hospital "Dr. Yap" using the information system success model.
Research method: This research was conducted at the Eye Hospital "Dr. Yap" Yogyakarta. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive with a crosssectional approach. The sample in this study used a total population of 61 respondents, consisting of ophthalmologists, nurses, refractory, pharmacists, medical recorders and registration officers.
Result: The quality of the electronic medical record system at the Eye Hospital "Dr. Yap" based on the results of variable measurements obtained sufficient value with a percentage of 49.18%. The quality of electronic medical record information at the Eye Hospital "Dr. Yap" based on the results of variable measurements obtained sufficient values with a percentage of 68.85%. The quality of electronic medical record services at the Eye Hospital "Dr. Yap" based on the results of variable measurements obtained sufficient values with a percentage of 91.80%. Internal user satisfaction of electronic medical records at the Eye Hospital "Dr. Yap" based on the results of variable measurements obtained quite satisfied values with a percentage of 63.93%.
Conclusion: The implementation of electronic medical records at the Eye Hospital "Dr. Yap" Yogyakarta is in the sufficient category.
