Abstract
Background: Increasing public awareness about health results in demands to improve health services. The increasing public demand for the quality of health services. The services function needs to be improved to provide patient satisfaction service quality is closely related to patient satisfaction. Therefore the better the quality. The more satisfied patient will be.
Research Objectives: To know how the quality of health services is related to patient satisfaction of BPJS health participants at the Gamping II Sleman Health Center.
Research Methods: This type of research is quantitative analytical descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this research is 100 respondents was taken using the Accidental Purposive Sampling technique. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis. The statistical testused in this analysis is the Spearman Rank Test.
Result: The quality of health services received from 100 respondents showed that as many as 44% were in the good category and 56% in the bad category. The satisfaction felt by respondents after getting the service was known to be 43% satisfied and 57% dissatisfied. There is a relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction based on the correlation coefficient value of 0.654.
Conclusion: There is a strong relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of outpatients of BPJS health participants at the Gamping II Sleman Health Center.
