FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KINERJA KADER POSBINDU PTM DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS NGAGLIK 1 SLEMAN

Background: Non communicable diseases are diseases that cannot be detected early or commonly called the silent killer. One of the efforts to suppress NCD is through Posbindu PTM. The performance of cadres is one of the keys to the successful implementation of Posbindu PTM in the community.

Purpose: To know factor element that relete, with cader performance Posbindu PTM, in area of the Ngaglik 1 Public health henter, Sleman.

Research Metode: This is a quamtitative research with a cross sectional. The sample was 73 cadres taken by total sampling technique. The study uses multivariat logistik regression analysis through a questionnaire as a research instrument.

Result: Multivariate test results show thet knowledge has a sig value of 0.480, attitude of 0.199, motivation of 0.003, training of 0.167, and facilities of 0.046. With motivation is the most influential variable on the performance of cadres with an OR value of 10,445.

Conclusion : Facilities and motivation are factors that influence the performance of PTM Posbindu cadres with motivation being the most influential variable on performance, which can affect 10 times the performance of PTM Posbindu cadres.
