FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN STRES PASCA VONIS LAPAS PADA REMAJA DI LEMBAGA PEMBINAAN KHUSUS ANAK KELAS II WONOSARI KABUPATEN GUNUNG KIDUL YOGYAKARTA

Background: Teenagers are increasingly familiar with the problems of social deviation in the form of juvenile delinquency. Smoking, fighting parents, skipping school, fighting, stealing, gambling, raping, robbing and even killing are forms of juvenile delinquency. Meanwhile, persuasive or post-delinquency steps are carried out through rehabilitation whose role is to provide education for delinquents and those who have been in conflict with the law. Detention in prison is very stressful which involves frustrating conditions regarding the loss of freedom, autonomy and various limitations (Porter, 2018)

Research method: This type of research is a non-experimental quantitative research using a descriptive analytic method with cross sectional study. The technique used in taking the sample is total sampling with a sample of 24 teenagers at the Class II Children's Special Guidance Institute, Wonosari, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta. Data were collected using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS). Data analysis using Spearman Rank

Results: The results showed that there was no significant relationship between coping strategies and stress (p= 0.916); family social support (p=0.491) with stress and there is no significant relationship between selfesteem (p=0.491); with adolescent stress at a special coaching institution for grade II children, Wonosari, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta

Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between coping strategies, family social support, and self-esteem with adolescents in a special coaching institution for grade II children, Wonosari, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta
