Abstract
Background: The quality of nursing care affects patient satisfaction. At Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta, patient satisfaction in December 2019 only reached 70%, while the target was 90%. JKN participant patients often feel dissatisfied with the nursing services received, when nursing services should be carried out professionally, able to reach all community services and provide satisfaction.
Purpose: To find out the relationship of the quality of nursing services with the satisfaction of outpatients of JKN participants at Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta.
Method: This type of research is a correlation with a cross sectional approach, by means of data collection using questionnaires. The number of samples in this study was 88 respondents with accidental sampling techniques
Conclusion: There is no relationship between the quality of nursing services and the satisfaction of jkn post-natal outpatients at Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta
