Abstract
Background: Quality is a dynamic condition of a service in meeting consumer expectations and a measurement of the value of services received by consumers. Satisfaction is the perception of products and services that have met expectations. The level of patient satisfaction can be seen from the quality of health services
Purpose of the study: To determine the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at Gentan Dental Care.
Research method: This research is a non-experimental quantitative research with analytical descriptive type using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were patients who received dental and oral health services. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling with a total of 85 people. Data collection tools using aquestionnaire and data analysis using the chi-square test.
Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the overall dimensions of service quality and patient satisfaction at the Gentan Dental Care Dental Clinic.
