STUDY LITERATURE: GAMBARAN KELUHAN MUSKULOSKELETAL DISORDERS PADA PENGRAJIN PERAK

Background: Musculoskeletal complaints are a common problem in the workplace that we often encounter in the workforce. Musculoskeletal complaints significantly reduce productivity at work, for various reasons such as sick leave, absenteeism or stopping work. Silver craftsmen are an example of a job that has a risk of experiencing musculoskeletal complaints. The results of the study still found work complaints caused by fatigue.
Research Objectives : To know about the description of musculoskeletal disorders complaints in silver craftsmen.
Research Method : This type of research is a study using a literature review (literature review). The time of writing this literature review starts from November 2020 to March 2021. The literature study is obtained from national and international online journals in the form of Google Schooler, PubMed, and NCBI searches with a total of 20 accredited journals which will then be reviewed.
Result: Categories and levels of complaints from workers based on the NBM category from all existing journals have an average of medium to high category with a category value of 50-91. The highest complaints of workers with a working period of more than 1 year in this study were felt in the lower back region which occurred due to various causes.
Conclusion: The category and level of complaints from workers based on the NBM category from all existing journals on average has a medium to high category. The description of the highest complaints in workers with a working period of more than 1 year, the average work fatigue and physical complaints arise in the form of pain due to sitting. The highest level of complaint risk among workers who have a working period of more or equal to 5 years and do not have a smoking habit experience moderate level of musculoskeletal complaints
